Fork Biccies

I’m a creature of habit when it comes to food and drink. I only introduce new things if they are easy to make, and get the ‘thumbs-up’ from the family. I don’t own kitchen scales and do not have many ingredients in my pantry. – Bethany


  • Soft Butter 100g
  • Self raising flour 150g
  • Sugar 50g


  1. Mix them in a bowl.
  2. Roll into balls. Place on lined oven tray.
  3. Push down with fork.
  4. Can add any extras you like- peanuts, m&m’s, dry apricots
  5. Bake 15mins at 180C
