I’m a creature of habit when it comes to food and drink. I only introduce new things if they are easy to make, and get the ‘thumbs-up’ from the family. I don’t own kitchen scales and do not have many ingredients in my pantry. – Bethany
- Soft Butter 100g
- Self raising flour 150g
- Sugar 50g
- Mix them in a bowl.
- Roll into balls. Place on lined oven tray.
- Push down with fork.
- Can add any extras you like- peanuts, m&m’s, dry apricots
- Bake 15mins at 180C
